Christmas Party will be on Friday, December 14th from
1:30-2:30! I hope you can join us for the fun!!!J
Our long awaited Christmas Party will finally be
here on Friday, Dec. 14th! We will be having our party on Friday,
December 14th for 1:30-2:30 and you are all invited to come and help
us celebrate!!! A HUGE THANKS to all of our
room moms for all of their hard work and also to all the other parents for your
help and support because we couldn’t do it without you!!!J If
you think you will be able to come to help out, please contact our room mom, LaShonda

Just a reminder that I am testing for the 2 quarter’s report card this week and next week. Report cards will be posted after Christmas
break. Since we are into the 2nd
quarter, I am looking for more improvement on writing names, letters, numbers
and behavior. We will be working hard on
last names very soon too! Some of the
things that I have been checking are numbers 0-10, recognizing and writing them,
and the letters Aa - Zz for recognition and letters Mm, Ss, Aa, Tt, Cc, Pp and
Nn for writing and sounds. They should
also be able to count to 50, develop an AB pattern, and recognize all of the
color words. Please be working on all of
the popcorn words that have been and
will be introduced by next week: a,
and, come like, me, my, see, the, to, we, with. Thanks so much for all of your help at
home!!!J
Thank you for working so hard with your children on their gingerbread
people!!! It has been so much fun seeing
all of the creativity and the look on the kids’ faces when they show their
classmates! J
**The kids have also been earning cotton balls to fill up
Santa’s beard this last week and next week too whenever I see star student
behavior! Those Santas will be coming home soon as they get filled up. Be sure to congratulate your child because
they had to earn each one of their cotton balls for an act of kindness, a good
choice and following directions!!!J
This week we will be studying the letter Nn and doing fun
