***Halloween Party Wednesday, October 31st from 1:30-2:30!!!J
Our long awaited Halloween Party is almost here on Wednesday, October 31st!  We would love to have any of you who are able join us to come and help out!  Thanks so much for helping make this such a fun party for the kids, and also for your $10 donation for the classroom parties!  We couldn’t do it without you!J  Our party will be from 1:30-2:30.  We still have three parties coming up this year for Christmas, Valentines, and End of the Year if you are unable to make it to this one. We would love to have you here on Wednesday!  ***Just to let you know, we will not be wearing costumes for our party.

Thanks so much for everyone's support with our completing our family projects and the letter of the week homework that have been coming home!  The Book Boxes and Family Pumpkins that the kids have been bringing in are fantastic!!!  They are so excited to share them with their friends and tell us how they were made!  I wish you could see their faces just beaming as they share their special boxes and pumpkins with everyone at school! It is neat to see how they are all so unique and special to each child in their own way.J It’s never too late to turn them in!  The kids loves seeing all of the different ways you can decorate them!  Letter of the week homework has been a huge hit at school, too, since they get to show and tell a little more with their drawings and handwriting!  They are all getting very good at standing up in front of their friends and sharing!!!J
**Just to let you know, we are collecting money for UNICEF in our classroom.  It is an organization that gives to needy children around the world.
Thank you for any donations that you can make!J
**Next week we will be studying letter Cc.
**Congratulations to this week’s “Star Students”**
