As you know, we have been introducing a lot of sight words, “popcorn words”, each month.  You should be seeing the testing sheets from our October and November sight words coming home. I will have marked and highlighted the words that your child can read or cannot read yet.  Please review them at home and have a celebration for the ones that he/she can read, and please keep reviewing and practicing any that your child may be struggling with.  I would greatly appreciate any extra practice and review that you can do at home because it makes such a tremendous difference!:)  Thanks so much for helping your child build that confidence and feel successful with his/her reading!!!
Next week we will be studying the letter Ll.
