***Monday, May 21st will be St. Louis Cardinals Day!!! 
Fredbird and some retired players will be coming to talk with us reinforcing our character curriculum and always making good choices throughout life!!!J
Please have your child wear a Cardinal’s shirt or red!

***Thursday, May 24th is our School Carnival!!!J
Kindergarten will eat at 11:00 and then at 11:15 it will be Kindergarten’s turn to play at the Carnival!  You are welcome to come and walk around with your child and siblings are welcome too.J  If it rains, everything will be moved into the gym.  You are welcome to come to eat and join your child for some fun activities!  A huge thanks to all of you for your help!   Mr. Rakers and Mr. Johnson will be grilling hotdogs for our lunch.  Your child can either bring his/her lunch, have a hotdog, or ham and cheese sandwich will also be an option.  If you would like to come and eat lunch with your child on Thursday, adult lunches are $2.75 and you will need to let me know by today, or you can bring your own lunch. Thanks!

**Friday,May 25th will be our Kindergarten End of the Year Party
from 1:15-2:30!!!        
       Please have your child wear his/her Kindergarten (or red) shirt.  It will be starting at 1:15 and go until about 2:30 over in the grassy area by the stage to the right of the school.  You are welcome to join in that fun, too!  We are planning a lot of outdoor activities so HOPEFULLY the weather will be beautiful for us!J (Just a reminder that we can’t have younger siblings attend, sorry.)
***Please return any library books that you still may have at home as soon as possible and pay any lunch or library fees so that your child can participate in all of our activities next week.

***I wanted to thank all of you for taking the extra time to make those fabulous timelines and for all of your hard work with the family projects every month!  You have been so wonderful and supportive at home throughout this whole year that words just cannot express how much I appreciate all of you!!!J

Next week we will be doing fun summer activities and reviewing!
